The website and its current status
BrandMyDoom is the website at brandmydoom.bid. Contact the operator at support@brandmydoom.bid. It combines a free browser first-person shooter with brand artwork displayed inside the game.
The site is currently a free, playable demo with an optional Dodo Payments sandbox. Real-money checkout is closed. The shared test game at /sandbox displays confirmed test payments only; use test cards, never a real card. Local demo amounts and free community boosts are separate simulations and do not reserve a wall in the shared test game. Publishing a preview creates a public brand page and a shareable view of your artwork; it does not establish paid ownership.
Using the demo
You may play without buying anything. To publish brand content, you must be at least 18, have authority to represent that brand and agree to these terms. The game contains fictional combat and may not be suitable for all audiences.
Keep your private edit link secret. Anyone with that link can manage the associated brand. You can replace it from the brand studio. Public links do not grant editing access.
Visitors may boost an existing public brand on a Level 1 wall without representing that brand or signing in. A demo boost records support for that brand on the selected wall; it grants no editing access, ownership or payment entitlement. Boosts are free simulations and cannot be transferred to another brand or wall. Brand content may only be managed through its private edit access.
The same separation applies to sandbox payments: an initial placement requires the brand's private management session, while anyone may add a test boost to an existing confirmed Level 1 placement. A supporter does not receive the brand's private link or permission to edit its artwork. An optional supporter name is self-reported and screened before appearing publicly.
Placement rules
Level 1 starts at $10 per brand per wall. Additional contributions accumulate for that same brand on that same wall. A strictly higher total takes the placement; a tie leaves the current holder in place. For example, if A has $10 and B has $11, A adds $2 to reach $12 and take the wall. Previous contributions remain recorded after a brand is outbid. Totals do not transfer between brands or walls.
Level 2 costs $5 per placement. It is protected from replacement for 48 hours from confirmation. After protection ends, the artwork stays until someone purchases that placement again. No booking ahead or automatic renewal applies.
These rules currently describe the demo and intended paid offering. Before accepting money, we will make the final price, delivery, payment provider and purchase terms available at checkout. Contribution totals are placement-ranking records, not cash deposits, transferable credits, investments or prizes. There is no payout to the brand that is replaced.
In the sandbox, a contribution enters shared rankings only after the server verifies the payment with Dodo and the brand content passes review. Payment completion alone is not approval. Flagged or unavailable checks may remain pending. Rejected or unpublished content receives a full test refund. If another checkout secures a Level 2 wall first, the later order receives a full test refund. Refunded or disputed contributions are excluded from rankings and payment badges. No real money is charged or refunded in the sandbox.
A placement has no guaranteed audience, clicks or sales. A wall can be replaced under the rules above. Brand history and public badges are intended to remain while the service operates, subject to deletion requests and content moderation; this is not a promise of perpetual hosting.
Your content and links
You retain rights in your logo, artwork and videos. By uploading them, you give us permission to store, reproduce, resize and display them to operate the preview, game, public brand page, badge and share card. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, including rights to any music in a video.
Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit or malicious material, impersonate another brand, or link to harmful destinations. We may remove content or suspend publishing access to protect visitors or comply with law. Report a problem to support@brandmydoom.bid.
Public submissions and edits must pass content verification. Uploaded images and submitted text are screened with Cloudflare Workers AI. Destination domains are screened against Cloudflare's malware, phishing and adult-content DNS filtering; direct public HTTPS links are required. These checks reduce risk but do not guarantee that a destination or advertisement is safe. Videos, animated images, flagged content and checks that cannot complete require manual review. Unapproved uploaded files are not publicly served. Contact support with your review reference to request a review or appeal.
Brand websites and offers are operated by their respective owners. A placement does not mean we endorse a brand or guarantee its claims. Third-party game software and assets retain their own licenses and credits, linked from the website.
Availability, changes and your rights
The demo may change or experience interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will publish material changes to these terms with an updated date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains data use. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the current no-payment status and how payment problems will be handled when sales open. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
